Min. Age of Service
The minimum age of service is 13. Parental consent is needed for anyone under the age of 18 and parents/guardians must remain with the underage client for the duration of the service.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving a reasonable notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. Cancellations/Rescheduling without at least 24-hour notice will incur 50% of the service non-refundable charge for the missed appointment(s).
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please personally text/call Shawnie at (541) 326-9087.
Future appointments will be canceled if fees are unpaid.
Sickness/Family Emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. As a working mom, I understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for family emergencies. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
No Show Policy
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Future appointments will be canceled if fees are unpaid.
Foreign Fills
I try my best to accommodate keeping your current lash extensions, if possible. A free half hour consultation may be necessary as a first step to determine if we must remove the previous lashes and apply a new Full Set.
Card on File
A valid credit cardon file is required to book recurring appointments.
LASH CLEANSING REQUIREMENT
Lashes must be washed IN STUDIO. Even if you washed them right before you came, please wash them again! LASH EXTENSIONS WILL NOT ADHERE TO DIRTY NATURAL LASHES!
Please clean off all oils and make up from these areas:
- Top and bottom of lash line
- Eyelids
- Under eyes
(Other makeup is just fine! Lash bath supplies are provided.)
